Very good

The first night room was full of bugs. But the hotel staff took care of it and the rest of the nights were fine. Labib the concierge was also very helpful getting dinner reservations.

We arrived at the hotel at 4 PM as our train was late by one hour which meant that we could go directly to our room. It was a very spacious room and I must say the bed and the sheets were cozy. We had a living room and a small kitchen & there was an espresso machine, which was lovely to have a coffee in the room each morning , all the larger rooms only have bathtubs that you step into for a shower. We found this an inconvenience next time we talk. I will make sure that we ask for a king room with a walk-in shower. The construction is everywhere and it is very difficult to walk around and see the very sweet shops or restaurants that was a disappointment this trip. It was also noisy. Remi at the front desk was most helpful in helping book one of the events we wanted to attend. My husband and I have stayed many years at this hotel and are not disappointed.

Very beautiful hotel in a great location

The suite was well designed for comfort and privacy. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The staff at every level was gracious and friendly and helpful and professional. Easily the best stay we’ve had in years. Location couldn’t be better.

Nice place

I have stayed here 3 times however this time the service was awful. Despite calling three times the special mocktails that were to welcome my daughters and I never arrived. There was no attempt to rectify the issue and we were dismissed. Despite asking for an early check in we were left waiting to literally the last minute for room inspection and I have woken up this morning to vacuuming outside my door. I paid a huge price to be here but I won’t be back.

Booked a penthouse room as a family of 5, room was perfect loads of space and very comfortable. Room clean and comfortable. Perfect location, in the middle of old town.

We received a phenomenal upgraded room. Love to stay here in Old Montreal. I think the bar/lounger bartender could stand to either a) relax or b) get someone to work with him because he always seems stressed out even when the bar is quiet. Very walkable area and right next to the Basilique Notre Dame.
