The property is very clean and smells nice! The lazy river was a hit for my family. We also liked that we had access to the holiday inn hammocks and fire pit. We had a great time!

The property inside and out was very clean. Room with ocean view and deck was amazing! It was everything we wanted for a short family trip. The shared pools were a great experience for the kids. Live music too. I can't imagine booking amy where else in Pensacola.

Such a great place for a family vacation! The hotel was beautiful, right on the water! Having a restaurant on site was so nice!

Water pressure in the shower was poor. The shower was slippery. Everything else about the property was good and staff was friendly and we enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful resort in a beautiful location! The pool/lazy river is amazing! Great breakfast. Room was very spacious and they even had a room available for early check-in. All of the employees were very friendly. The beach is very accessible and gorgeous. Outstanding stay!

Great hotel on the beach!

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful. However, I didn't give this a 5 because the building is hard to find. There are some reserved spaces in front of the building and you have to enter through the parking garage to take the elevator to go to the lobby to check in. This was confusing and took a bit to figure out. The front desk staff was friendly but they gave us a handicap accessible room which I did not request which was odd to me. The room is nice and the beds and pillows super comfortable but the sheets were sandy! It wasn't us as it had rained and we didn't get to the beach until the 3rd day. The morning breakfast was decent. The coffee was surprisingly good. It was odd they didn't have toast to go with the eggs but there were other food options available so there was a good variety. The pool area was clean and a lot of fun.One hot tub wasn't working and a sign saying so would have been helpful.The bigger hot tub was working fine and was kept clean but was often filled with unsupervised children. Some were even snorkeling in it. It concerned me. There's a beautiful fire pit and the pools light up at night which is really cool. Fisheads restaurant is steps away and they supply the food at the bar. This restaurant is amazing and worth checking out. All in all this was an enjoyable experience and we would stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times, mostly out of season but each time has been fantastic! It was very busy being spring break, but the hotel staff were wonderful and everything was well kept!

Beautiful property on Beautiful Pensacola Beach

Spent 5 nights here in an oceanfront room with my family, including a teen and a preschool aged child. The views can’t be beat! It’s beautiful even when you wait for the elevator. Great pools and location. The hotel was at full capacity so it was very busy and crowded. Check in staff provided zero information except to wear a wristband near the pool. If you’re staying more than a night with a family, you need to frequently change your own garbage and request towels and tp. Housekeeping came twice for 5 nights. Breakfast was limited and had repetitive items. Overall it was good and a beautiful building but I wouldn’t stay as long if I returned.
