Amazing place with a rare collection of contemporary art in display

Muy buena ubicación para ir andando a los sitiosa visitar y tomar algo. El personal de recepción súper amable y profesional, del resto no puedo hablar porque no desayunamos ni comimos en el hotel. El único pero es que la cama de matrimonio eran 2 camas individuales con sábanas individuales que habían juntado y se separaban fácilmente, realmente no era cama de matrimonio como había reservado.

Top class, very good experience from arrival to departure. Friendly and welcoming reception, good size and quality of room, spacious and well equipped bathroom, very nice ambience and pleasant staff. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Spectacular property, great service and very professional staff

Todo muy bien. En 10 minutos andando estás en plaza Mayor.

The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is looking tired with the rooms now looking very dated, however they were clean and tidy. Room was expensive much better to stay in Salamanca than Zamora if returning to the ferry in Santander.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and our room was clean. The old town is walkable, and the surroundings are secure and peaceful. Checking in and out of the hotel was simple because the receptionists were kind and helpful. It's a good value for the money.

La habitación un tanto pequeña y con mobiliario desconchado y anticuado. Sin embargo, bien las atenciones.

Muy buena opción para hospedarse en Zamora, a unos pasos del centro histórico, el auto puede quedarse estacionado y todo es accesible caminando. Muy buena atención por todo el personal del lobby y del restaurante. Habitaciones muy limpias.
