这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。

住處有隔板將床跟沙發隔開，冷氣在沙發那邊，吹了整晚，床還是很熱......浴室排水孔還阻塞了，四周蠻熱鬧的，睡覺有點吵。但早餐還不錯。

The hotel in city center was in a great location, modern and clean! The staff at checkin was also fantastic, with great recommendations. Parking in underground lot nearby was very easy. Only negative was outdoor rooftop jacuzzi was small, we waited for others to leave before there was space. Very cool to be on the rooftop!

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Hotel was great, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Hot tub in the snow was beautiful and great location. Pillows were awful and bobbly so if they had better pillows would have given 5 stars.

Receptionist was super.

Staff were fantastic, the guy on the front desk especially so (can't remember his name unfortunately). Lovely hotel, lovely room just a shame we only had 1 night.

El hotel es muy agradable y está ubicado en pleno casco histórico de Innsbruck, además de que es un hotel de diseño actual, con muy buen personal en recepción. El desayuno buffet espectacular, tenía de todo!

Lower than expectations for a 4 star hotel. Average rooms, phones didn’t work, patchy wifi, staff weren’t very helpful. Minor point but no conditioner in bathrooms (even when we asked). The spa pool was cold.

Viagem de casal por 2 dias, mas ficaríamos até mais , pois cidade linda, tranquila e aconchegante!! E o hotel maravilhoso!! Muito perto de tudo, elegante e equipe excelente!

Un petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité, si notre chambre donnait sur l'université la montagne en fond et la beauté de la chambre rattrapait tout! Un hôtel calme et des installations au top.

Ainoa miinus oli se että huoneestamme puuttui puuhkeet kun saavuinme, mutta tämä korjattiin kysymättä noin 30 minuuttia saapumisemme jälkeen kun mukava siivooja toi ne meille. Muuten aivan ihana paikka. Ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa kenestäkään tai mistään. Spaa oli ylivoimanen kohokohta. Myös aamianen erinomainen.
