Very great hotel!

O Hotel é super bem localizado e a equipe muito simpática. Alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados: ar condicionado não gela, a iluminação do quarto não é muito boa e o room service deixou a desejar. Pedimos um café da manhã pelo tablet do próprio quarto 1 hora e 20 min antes de sair para o nosso compromisso, ligamos para confirmar e simplesmente não veio! Saímos sem tomar café.

Great hotel but there's plenty of amenities that they dont have.

The location was perfect and the staff was all very friendly.

It was a last-minute find. Unfortunately, although it’s advertised as a five-star hotel on Expedia, in reality, it’s probably closer to four stars

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the hotel is not equipped to be a 5-star or 4-star hotel. Smelly hallways, rusty bathrooms/floors, and most importantly air conditioning was not working in the first room I got they moved me to a room with air conditioning that is barely satisfactory.

Small boutique hotel with such a wonderful personalized staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. It was literally five minutes from Champs Elysees and probably 8 minutes from Arc de Triomphe. Our second time in Paris and a great find.

It was a lonely stay and the staff is very kind, we were on a mother and daughter trip, the hotel was lovely, we will come back to the hotel, we are a family from Denmark

Cet hôtel est un chez soi à Paris. Le personnel aussi courtois, serviable que discret rend toute préoccupations invisible si bien qu'il je reste plus qu'à vivre un moment inoubliable dans ce coin du monde exceptionnel.

Forget about calling them for any thing, they won’t answer the phone. Worse, they lock the door and you can’t go out if you have an early morning flight! We almost missed our flight because the main door was locked and no one was around. It’s actually a safety issue, what if there’s fire? We’ll all be toast!

Bit noisy at night with Windows open Air conditioning didn't work well. Staff were all lovely.

The hotel was awesome. The staff at the front desk was very polite and nice with us. The location is fabulous. Not very big rooms but hey it’s Paris.

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. More importantly is the staff who were like members of the family. Warm, inviting and just a pleasure to have met.

Staff was wonderful. The room was ok required some updates to the flooring and bathroom. Conveniently located.

nice people -walk to Eiffel tower 20 minutes Arc De Triumph 2 minutes and the Louve 15 minutes safe

My door was left open after the cleaners, and very noisy staff around the hall.

Or first room was dark and small, free crypto staff upgraded us the next night to an amazing room with views of Arc de triumph that you could almost touch it

I liked the property. My room wasn’t bright and I couldn’t see as much but for one night was ok. I had no conditioner for the amenities, I asked and they simply didn’t have. The restaurant was closed so I couldn’t use it for dinner. Very nice location and the staff is very professional
