Good location, balcony is not a private one thou, it’s ok until you have a weirdo has a neibour… we did not use it to it’s full potential because of it. Also, the noise isolation between the rooms is poir, we could hear what was going on in the other room.

Cold a/c, luggage storage, beds were ok not good or bad, easy walk to metro, safe, quiet, quick elevator, staff friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff, a nice hotel and a comfortable balcony. However, the cleaning staff did not replenish soap or replace glasses without prompting. Furthermore, cleaning of the bathroom was a bit lacking, with clear evidence of the previous guests. In this case, there was blood on the wall where the clean towels were supposed to hang.

The location is perfect!! The rooms were very clean, the front desk was super helpful. I only wish they had a pool. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay connected to the city center.

Falta mantenimiento

We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel had zero facilities including no one to help with the luggage. We also noticed that the lobby was not clean which led us to think that the rooms would not be clean either. Before checking in, we asked for a key to a room to see how the rooms were. As we suspected, the rooms were dirty and disgusting and did not even have properly working air conditioning. We refused to check into the hotel and decided to go to another hotel. While we were in the lobby, we saw 2 other hotel guests who basically told us how disgusting and disappointing were their rooms but that they had checked in to their rooms because they had already paid for the room when they arrived at the hotel. This hotel should be taken off of your website as any positive description of this hotel is fraudulent and must have been written by someone directly associated with this hotel. Truly the most dirty and disgusting hotel that I have seen in my life. And I have been to many 3rd world countries.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Absolutely marvelous location just minutes from the Spanish Steps, while maintaining a neighborhood feel and relative peace. The water pressure here is outstanding. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The only thing I wished for was blackout curtains for the street faced window as it is a bit bright after sunset.

Hotel antigo e com aspecto de Velho. Banheiro feio, sem muitas opções de amenities. Só um sabonetinho. Frigobar sem nada. Quarto com colchas feias e com as aspecto de velho. O lugar só vale pela localização e o café da manhã. No primeiro dia não foram atenciosos, mas no último dia sim. Café da manhã continental bom. Gostei muito. No geral não ficaria novamente.

Posizione centrale, comodo, camera spaziosa e pulita, rivedrei le zone comune un po' datate... e tiglierei la moquette!!!

This property was in a great location, walkable to all major attractions but also centrally located and easy to reach the metro and main train station. The staff were friendly, our room was spacious and clean. This was everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Rome and would recommend - definitely great value!

clean property, pinic area very nice there are no blinds only drapes. there were no hand towels and no shower gel in the shower.
