Staff are nice and helpful. Location is great. Room (standard double) is comfortable and price is reasonable. Breakfast and terrace not applicable to my stay.

The location is extremely convenient. 1 minute walk from Sol station. Walking distance from all the tourist spots you can name. Restaurants abundant around the place.

O hotel é perfeito em questão de localização. Está perto de tudo, no centro, do lado da estação de metrô. E não entra barulho da rua pro quarto. Contudo, você escuta o barulho do corredor, dos outros quartos. Só foi isso que me incomodou. O café da manhã é muito bom também.

The room was clean and reasonably maintained; however, our overall experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations for a hotel in this price range. The most significant issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The temperature inside the room exceeded 25°C, with virtually no air circulation or ventilation, making the room uncomfortable, especially during the night. The room itself was also quite cramped. In addition, the Wi-Fi service was not working, which was a major inconvenience. Considering the room rate, we expected basic amenities such as reliable air conditioning and internet access to function properly. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we were not satisfied with our stay in this room.

Excelente hotel, muy buen ubicado.

The location is fantastic, centralized to everything. Mostly all you needed is within walking distance. Now with that being said, the location is on a street only for pedestrians so no cars/taxis can reach the door of the hotel. So that means if you have large luggage, you'll need to walk nearby (around to the other side another street) and drag your luggage to get a ride or after a long day of walking, you'll need to make some more steps. The room was ok, basic, not updated but served the purpose to sleep in. The room itself was very old looking, maybe 70s-80s. Again if location was a priority, this is great. If amenities and comfort is more important, look elsewhere.

シャワーブースのカビが気になりました。隣の部屋や廊下からの声がかなり聞こえます。4階に宿泊しましたが、地下鉄の音がします。フロントの対応は良く、立地は申し分ないです。

Th hotel has wonderful location but do not stay if you want to be able to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING- water from other toilets and showers, people talking and the elevator going up and down all night long. The rug in the stairs should be changed (looks old). Even though the room is small it is cute

Very clean room, staff helpful and nice variety for breakfast.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was a bit smaller than expected. Bathroom was a nice nice but the water pressure was not great. Also, the way the shower was set up, water would always get on floor. The bathroom and room had a smell like maybe the pipes weren't vented property. The balcony was amazing! And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Near shopping and restaurants which was nice.
