有免费自行车能够骑，虽然弗洛伦萨并不很适合骑行，但河边的景致真的叫人难忘，推荐住上2晚，可惜贵且不含早

It is quite far from the Florence and it takes at least 30 mins walking after a long day. The room is small and there is not even a desk or table to put our things. There is no onsite parking. For those with car, you need to pay extra money for parking and wait for some time for your call to be delivered to the hotel. Generally, it is not worth the money we pay for it.

One of the best hotel breakfasts, great pool, bar and spa. Staff are really nice and free shuttle to the centre is very useful.

Very clean. The room had a very odd layout. Not enough amenities to make up for being too far away from the action

My sister & I loved the hotel ,all the staff and wonderful breakfast. Possibly the best cups of coffee ever ! A few niggles. The pool area is beautifully designed, however it is unfortunate the busy main road is right behind therefore it’s quite noisy. The location is on a busy road so there are no near restaurants or shops you can walk to. However the hotel’s shuttle bus into central Florence is great and regular. It would have helped to have known in advance that the hotel plugs are different to most European ones So the ones we bought to charge phones etc were useless. Lastly if you don’t like hoards of tourists constantly in your face ,late May ,early June should be avoided.

Great 3 night stay, small boutique hotel with a lovely pool. Shuttle service was useful as about a 40 min walk into town so saved a couple of trips but easy to walk into town too. Staff really helpful. Took big. Bed and pillows very comfortable

Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance as you can’t just grab one in the centre of Florence . Great Hotel and the guests are a good mix of really decent people.

Very clean room, extremely nice staff. It’s outside of the city center which is actually beneficial because they give you a free shuttle so you save so time and stress for travel!

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast and the shuttle bus were great. Overall very nice hotel.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle bus, which is quick and convenient. Food at the restaurant id excellent and room service is speedy and served quickly and directly. The spa and pools were well thought out and aesthetically stunning and a joy to use. The gym is compact, but still functional. I would happily recommend the Villa Sul'Arno and am certainly going to return. Thank you to Claudia and the Team for looking after us so well.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend.

Lovely lovely hotel - it’s a smaller footprint than it appears but just has the true charm of Florence! It’s a 10 min walk to some lovely cafes and as soon as construction is completed it will be nice to walk along the river at night. The rooms were reminiscent of a different century! Lovely!
