The staff was perfectly fine. Quick and professional. But the place seemed run down. It was unclean in the halls, stairwells, rooms, and lobby. And there was a strong musty smokey smell throughout the building which hit you like a wall when you entered the rooms. I truly cannot place the scent . Formaldehyde and unclean prostitutes is the best I can describe to conjure the image. We did not end up staying.

The facility is not kept up with cleaning the area the bed was super uncomfortable very noisy with other guests outside your room.

Breakfast was very lean. Only yougurt, prepackaged off bran muffins, whole milk with cereal. There was no coffee available other than breakfast. Extra cots and linens were left at the end of the hall.

Tv lights not working

Let me start by saying that you can only have so much in the way of expectations when staying at a Super 8 hotel. That being said, this place was in the process of a remodel, which from the looks of things, were beginning to wind down. The updated look is nice and modern. On a side note, no elevator so if you have bad knees like myself, staying on the second floor is painful. The room...fresh pain, new floors, and the overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke. The front desk gave us a can of air freshener made for cigarette smell so I can only guess it's a known issue. They apparently forgot to check the lighting during the remodel, the one overhead light appears to only have 1 out of 4 fluorescent bulbs working and the nightstand light flickers like a 70's disco. The mattress was nothing short of awful and to make matters worse, they used thin sheet metal to block under the bed instead of wood so, every time you roll over, it actually sounds like thunder. The staff were all very friendly and seemed sincerely happy to help.

Stains on the curtains, & bed sheets. The hallway smelled like cigarettes for a non smoking area. Otherwise good. Looks like some remodeling was going on.

How are they charging 101.00 for these rooms? There was dirty walls bathroom tub broken, toilet barely flushed, only 2 lights worked , 1 channel on TV, hole in curtain, trash behind bed , hair on sheet. I just needed a break from home and this was worse than home....

The key card didn't work. I was able to get into the room from the inside door because it didn't fully shut unless you pushed all your weight on it. When I got in the bathroom tub was beat up/scratched up and looked gross. Front desk gave us a new room due to door not shutting and key card not working. New room was way nicer, but still kind of gross. One of the beds had stained sheets. The pool was great and my kids loved it.

Our room smelled like mold and mildew upon entering. We were given a different room, it smelled but not as bad. The bedding appeared to be old. The safety latch was missing and the deadbolt didn’t engage. My grandchildren and I all left congested from the room smells.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The hotel rooms are dirty and smell like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I went down to the front desk to ask for someone to sweep and mop the room. The front desk assistant moved us to a new room that was a little bit cleaner, but it still smelled horrible. To top it all off, my family and I gathered all our stuff to put in the car while sitting in the car in the Super 8 parking lot, trying to get a refund. Cops pulled up, shined lights in my kids' faces, and asked if we were okay and if we were doing drugs. After talking a little about our situation, the cops said, "I just had to make sure. We always get called here and find meth needles, drugs, and people passed out in cars with kids high on drugs. "It's definitely not for families."

While I appreciate them trying to update the hotel it was under construction, which did leave a mess. None of our outlets worked in our room. Poor selection for breakfast.

This is a run down property with terrible management and an unfriendly staff. I was very dissatisfied!
