Really liked the wood ceiling in the pool area!

Very conveniently located

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of great options. A lot of flies around eating area. Nice pool and arcade. Rooms were updated and fantastic.

My sheets had stains that I didn't see until morning. Would expect some refund for bad housekeeping .

Facility was clean , staff was courteous. It was a very pleasnt place to. Stay!!!!

I liked that this was a pet friendly hotel and close to Ludington and State Park.

We were staying on the third floor in the middle of the building, and the balcony overlooked the inside pool. So we weren't able to sleep in peace until 11 p.m. The elevator got stuck twice on different floors (2 and 3), so when it finally opened, we got off and used the stairs the rest of the time. At that time (8:30 p.m.), we went to reception to report the problem, and a sign said we'd be back shortly.

We loved this property! We stayed 6 nights and our experience was phenomenal!! The staff was so nice and accommodating. It was very clean. The breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. I would recommend this property to all. You will not regret staying.
