Property is a little aged

U never sent my payment to the hotel.. i could not check in.. im waiting to get my $$$ back..

Queit, no breakfast though buts thats okay! Johnny b's grill was awesome as well as howells in front of hotel!

The staff was amazing. The rooms were quiet.The parking was ample, but the continent of breakfast, was trash. Fruit cups juice and coffee

Once I got in my room I ordered me a pizza. I was sitting at the desk eating it when I got through. I was going to put some in the microwave and then take my husband some. I looked up and there was a spider crawling on the wall. I got to Kleenex and smushed it. I took it down to the front desk and the lady said she would show it to her manager. I said I would like for some discount to come off my bill. She said she would bring it to her manager. After that I felt very uncomfortable in the room. I itched all night. The floor looked nasty. That is the carpet that was in the room and bathtub was not a tub for a disabled person the sides of the tub was to high for me to get my legs over in a proper way and I was woken by loud people talking and their phones loud in the hallway I asked for them to please be quiet and they were not

Breakfast consisted of coffee and a prepackaged fruit cup from the front desk. Ridiculous

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom that no one bothered to clean up. I wiped everything down with sanitizer, the night stands and the desk were covered in grime, and the bed spread had cigarette burns on it.

Needs a major update feels like you’re walking into a twilight zone

They need more confiders. Want the bed need new mattress on the bed.

Roach infested

This lady at the front desk refused to all Charles to stay in the hotel and kicked him off the premises because he told her they had a roach infestation.! She would not take a picture of my credit card. ( which they did last week ). So I used Expedia as he stood there and waited. . and no sooner than he got the confirmation. She kicked him out and when I called up there she started screaming at me. And she she could do what she wanted to and I was not getting a refund. She said take it up with Expedia and hung up on me. This was one rude person

The check in was top notch as the clerk served and accomodated me in a wonderful manner, going out of his way. I will be definitely staying again if visiting El Dorado again in the future.

Bed sheets smell bad! And restroom was really dirty

The staff was absolutely amazing for customer service, the room was spacious but for the cost of the room I would have expected the cleanliness of it to be a bit better then it was.. nothing to major but the ice bin had mold in it, the knob was just laying on top of the microwave the pillows were horrible(old).. but overall I would stay there again if needed . The beds are extremely comfortable, no bugs, they just need to bring their housekeeping up to the level of customer service they provide, because that was excellent.. plenty of restaurants to choose from and things are with in walking distance if need be..
