Excelente servicio de All Inclusive,sin embargo la propiedad tenia varias deficiencias,como sillones rotos,cabecera de las camas rotas,muros resanados y de hecho nos quefamos atrapados en el segundo nivel de la habitación que nos asignaron ,ya que la cerradura no funcionaba y tuvimos que marcar a la recepcion para comemtar lo sucedido y literal,mandaran a una persona para poder abrirnos la puerta

The property and stay was a great experience.

Rented two rooms side by side and they were both hot. One the floor in one room was humid from the warmth of the room and humidity. We called 4 times to have fixed we were there 4 days. Pool area had no towels at 4 pm. Once towels were out they out. Buffet food was soggy and cold. Not impressed. Been at less expensive hotels with 100% better everything. Will be disputing some $ back. It's crazy that they didn't even offer another room. Also did escape room. Zero air condition in there. Not fun.

Property is very nice. Great amenities. Unfortunately portions of the water park was not operating during our time there and the wait time for housekeeping was ridiculous! We waited over an 90 minutes to receive an extra pillow on our first night.

Overall, nice property. Many of the workers go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The rooms are really, not what they should be and require some work. For example, no exhaust fans inside the bathrooms. Marketplace has a variety of food, but depending on when you come. TORO is certainly above average in every sense and there even salmon is excellent. However, the wait times at TORO are minimum 45 minutes to an hour and we were never able to get into FRIDA or CIAO because of wait times were one and a half hours plus. But overall, I would say it was an above average to good experience.

Loved the location , food and entertainment

Our week-long stay at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya was disappointing from start to finish. Check-in was delayed by over 90 minutes with no explanation. The first room had a strong musty odor, uncomfortable beds, a barely functional AC, and poor soundproofing through a thin connecting door. Basic necessities like towels and hand soap were missing. After one night, I requested a room change. The front desk manager, Joseph, was unhelpful and falsely claimed the hotel was sold out—despite staff confirming it was largely empty. We eventually accepted a move to a better (but still underwhelming) room after being denied a refund. Dining was no better. We waited over 90 minutes for a table at Toro Steakhouse, only to receive undercooked, cold, and incorrect meals. The buffet at Isla was the only decent option. Then, our room flooded during a storm. After calling for distance 5 times, room service finally came to clean the floor. While some staff were kind, the management was absent and unaccountable. This stay has soured our view of the Hard Rock brand and Mexico resorts in general. I’ll be filing a formal complaint. Avoid Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Go elsewhere — you’ll thank yourself.

Food was ok, not a ton of activities, arcade area is extra and run down, rooms are dated… loved all the animals and the pools are nice. My family’s favorite Cancun resort is still Moon Palace.

Execelente opcion para vacacionar. El staff muy amable en su mayoria, la comida es buena y las instalaciones son excelente. El unico punto malo en mi opinion es no tener playa. Pero en general muy recomendable

Very large property with lots to do. The food is good but since it’s a large property wait times are a factor. Room on the family side are older and in need of renovation. Also would have been nice to have better communication about entertainment events.

Un hotel que ya se le notan los años, cuarto con olor a humedad, el servicio de restaurantes es por debajo del promedio, y los alimentos no tienen mucha caludad

Beach was terrible all the way around and staff unfriendly.
