I really liked how clean the property was and how friendly our check in person was!

We had issues with the bathroom.

I slept very well and the walk in shower was amazing. I wished the indoor heater was working but the hot tub felt great. The only problem was the lack of signage from the main roads. I felt lost getting to the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay

I was at the end of a road and it seemed to be a hangout by locals

The room was clean , quiet and had lots of room. Didn’t expect to have a full kitchen, that was an unexpected surprise! Bed was comfortable, ac was great! Checkin and checkout was fast. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable, told me about breakfast times and the deposit that would be needed and when it possibly would be back in my account . Happy trip!!!

Reservation got messed up which I am partial to blame due to not checking behind but it ended up costing me a lot more per night to get the problem corrected. The evening manager was like it’s not her problem so she very flat about. The keycards for the rooms had to be re issued 3 times because they were getting turned off. Met several people at breakfast who stated they they lived in the hotel which was not expected for a holiday inn. Several subjects eating breakfast that was either barefoot or in socks with pjs.

Older hotel, has seen better days, but is clean and staff is friendly.

I really wish Expedia had it listed on their site that the hot tub was under maintenance so was not operating , being completely remodeled. We booked mainly to have this feature during the cold evening. Front desk was nice. Wish Expedia made it aware to its customers. Otherwise the rooms were good and clean

Just what the doctor needed

The room was very large, the bath was fully renovated. The bedroom, kitchen and living room were not renovated and I personally do not like carpet anymore in hotels. furniture was old and carpet seemed clean but I felt some allergy during the night. Replacing the carpet by a hard floor is my recommendation.

It was an amazing stay. Staff was so kind and friendly. Room was clean and the Bed was so comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend to stay here.

Power went out for the whole 3 days Hotel staff never offered water or nothing & still charged us for 3 dollar bag of chips to eat very unacceptable
