Staff was nice! It was clean! Loved the geese to feed! Very convenient to Hershey Stadium! I enjoyed my stay!

Over charged for an outdated hotel. I have submitted a request for a refund to the property.

Comfortable stay. Love the quiet hours. Room was clenaed everyday and we really appreciated that with two kids it was nice coming back to a clean room. Wish the breakfast hours were a longer. Nice and close to alot amenities.

I felt sorry for the staff. They were doing their best with little to no support. The hotel was old and in disrepair. Our key card never worked and we had to get a desk manager to let us in every time we came back. Then the management key stopped working, so we literally had to “ break in” to our own room using the key card between the door and the jam. They couldn’t get the maintenance man to fix the lock because he doesn’t work on weekends? Could have been a much nicer stay- if the property was run better. The staff was lovely, but not the best accommodations.

Great staff, perfect location especially to Hershey park and stores/dining. Bathrooms needed to be fully redone, Toilet seat was falling apart and tub very used etc. Room itself good, hotel good.

The hotel was nice very close to Hersheypark & Hersheyworld. Room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, I will stay here again.

We arrive and our room was a mess wasn't clean at all, it took the staff about 40 minutes to find us another room

Easy to walk to places

This was a clean and conveniently located hotel near Hersheypark. Close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to highway.

Nice stay for a concert, could use some upgrades, but good overall.

This hotel was average with nothing spectacular to say about it. Check in person was excellent and helped changed room after not being able to get into room. We would also say that the room was not very clean and things were dated.

Basic room in tired condition. Clean and the main desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

I would stay there again. Very close to the park. Restaurants and shopping so very close. They do a great job of keeping the property quiet and we had hockey kids there. Didn’t hear a single one

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is probably going to be closed down any day now. Desperate need of renovation and the price was absolutely absurd. Staff were incredibly nice but the building is very outdated and in need of repair. Don’t be deceived by the photos online this is a last resort stop!!!
