This is the standard of a general hotel, but it has no characteristics. There is no problem with receptionist service, but the computer system needs improvement. We paid for the room when we made the reservation, but they said no, it took a long time to find the payment record. The next day when we checked out, another staff member asked us to pay again. Take some time to explain and check again.

Everything was exelent

This hotel is part of the Fosshotel chain in Iceland. The hotel was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. There are plenty of parking. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. and breakfast was good. We didn't dine at the hotel's restaurant as we preferred the menu at Naustid which is located five minutes walk from the hotel.

So close to everything, and the staff was kind and very helpful.

Great location. Walked to dinner from hotel. OK breakfast. Easy parking. Very clean room and received room upgrade when checking in. We would stay here again.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen und sehr professionell geführten Hotel. Restaurants, Shops und Hafen in Husavik sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and very limited ability to open the windows. It got stuffy as the temperatures rose in the afternoon. No fans in the rooms, either. Very nice hotel, but the lack of any temperature control in the summer months - their high season - was disappointing. Showers were also quite small. But roomy and had a nice desk.

The front desk staff is simply outstanding. Our room was absolutely perfect. We had a fantastic 3-night stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay with two large connected rooms for our family. Staff were fantastic. Close to everything in Husavik.
