Room was actually pretty good. Unfortunately the safe didn’t work, no hair dryer and no fridge (which is advertised but the spot for it was empty). They promptly fixed the safe and provided the hair dryer. Staff were helpful and available. They just had trouble answering the phone though… My phone worked but apparently did not ring. The restaurant told me they kept calling but it never rang. The remote control of the TV did not work. They replaced it the next day but endured the first night with no TV access. The onsite restaurant, La Cuchara, which I think is independently operated, was actually good and had Bohemia night every night with local older adults singing and dancing. Nothing crazy just good, decent fun. Food was ok and prices were reasonable. All in all, some hiccups, but I would stay again due to convenience for me (close to where I usually go).

Excellent customer service provided by the staff. They are friendly and respectful and make you feel like you’re home.

Overall ..a good stay...we were there for 6 days .Clean rooms helpful staff..Great breakfasts...Older building but comfortable enough and close to most areas ... neighborhood a bit sketchy especially at night...We were advised not to go out after dark...Other than that...all good!

The lobby was cold once you leave the lobby to go to your room the hotel is extremely hot like a sauna.

El hotel en general es bueno, sin embargo consideren que si se hospedaran ahí, la zona de alrededor es muy sola y sucia, no hay buenos lugares para comer.

Jag var besviken kring några av faciliteterna. Först och främst var wifi så dåligt att det inte gick att använda på rummet. Vid receptionen fungerade det dock bra. En av anledningarna till att jag valde just det här hotellet var att det fanns wifi på rummen, så det var en stor besvikelse. Det var också dammigt och spindelväv på rummet - jag är inte så känslig för det men andra kanske hade ogillat det. Personalen var trevlig och läget bra, och frukosten bra. Om du behöver internet under vistelsen så förvänta dig inte att det går att nå via rummet utan du får sitta i receptionen isåfall.

El desayuno con varias opciones a pesar de ser Continental y con muy buen sabor, la atención y servicio del personal muy buena, especialmente de la entrada del hotel y desayunador. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas y las instalaciones muy cuidadas
