Great staff!!

Very friendly staff

Das Hotel war völlig in Ordnung. Sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Koffer konnten auch nach dem Checkout noch untergebracht werden.

As soon as we walked in the room, I noticed it had a strong smell from cleaning products. It gave me an immediate headache (I am sensitive to cleaning product smells). I avoid the cleaning products isle in stores because of it. My spouse said, “We’ll at least we know it’s clean. The rooms were nothing special for the price.

ALL staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

It was ok. Room smelled funny. Tub took an hr to drain. Low quality bedding.

The room was very clean. Staff were always willing to supply fresh towels. The breakfast used to be really good but the quality has gone downhill in recent years.

The best thing about this property is its location. (Close to the mall and walmart and many other things) The staff was friendly. Pros: The toilet got clogged right off the bat. Not much attention to detail with the cleaning (dusty light switches, funny smell, detained sheets and pillows and towels. old bed that squealed all night just by turning over.

The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. It was very much appreciated.

The rooms are nice

It was a nice place but a little noisy. Could hear the people on third floor walk

To start the beds are super soft. Along with that the blanks are super thin. The sheet is like paper. I didn’t get to try the breakfast. I hear it’s pretty good. This just isn’t the hotel I’m used to going to. It use to be inviting and comfortable. Now it’s cheap and starting to look run down. I think one thing that would be great is room service.

Every time I come to this location, I enjoy my stay and the staff is wonderful. I had a surgical procedure and needed to check in early. They accommodated that and Cordero helped us get our stuff upstairs and unloaded. Great staff

Everything was just great! I’ve stayed here before and I will again! I love the soaking tub!

The staff were very kind and helpful. I always had plenty of towels and service when requested. I felt very safe. Parking was free. A shopping mall was right next door with restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend.
