Rooms are outdated and air conditioning in the room got shut off automatically at 7am

The property is dated, but clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. The location is perfect - walking distance to the falls and entertainment, but not close enough to hear the noise. I'd stay again for sure!

The staff are very polite, accommodating and professional. Updated rooms are comfortable and clean. I have stayed here multiple times.

Hoping the reception checks the breakfast if needed to be restock.

Me cobraron una garantía y es momento que no me hacen la devolución llamé al hotel y dicen que no a cuestión del banco ya hablé a mi banco y me comentan que el hotel no ha hecho la devolución, solicito que me hagan esa devolución

The air conditioner was not working properly and outside people were speaking too loudly at 3:am so unable to sleep . Rooms are not soundproof.

Beds were too springing and the faucet was very loose. No local channels on the tv.

The breakfast menu was ok but didn't have many choices. If you choose to stay their it is an easy walk to the Falls. Ask for extra towels, they only supplied 2 but supplied more when I asked.

I loved that I could open the windows for fresh air! It was just out of the way enough to be quiet and have darkness away from all the lights hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very basic but met our needs until we could find something more.
