Great location in the middle of town. Lo Ely pool and sym which is free to use and opposite the hotel with access via a tunnel under the road.

It was fine. Our room was clean, our bathroom was not. The top of the toilet seat had a big chip in it, the shower had some mold. It's definitely dated, which isn't a big deal and doesn't bother me but the shower screen wasn't secured to the tub so the water went all over the floor and we had to use a few towels for that. For the cost I would've expected it to be clean. Otherwise, the location is very good and it's just a few minutes walk to the sites we wanted to see.

Clean room good facilities. Late night cap available.Parking across the road very convenient and as we only used one parking space for two motorbikes we were only charged for one.Very helpful staff a credit to your hotel.

Amazing hotel and staff. Perfectly situated in the city center within walking distance of Kilkenny Castle and shops and pubs.

No quality control when entered room. Both lights broken and simply hanging by bed. Fan footings broken and leaning to the side. Dangerous for my toddler as it could easily fall. One chair was ripped and big stain on the other chair. Who in their right mind would find this acceptable for a new guest. Please review that room as well look into quality control. Bathroom was filthy is several spots This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at most. Never again until they look into on overhaul. Staff are super friendly and the location is great however. Would recommend placing fridges in the rooms.

Great location for walking in town. Nice bar to get a drink after a long day. Rooms were very nice.

Fast friendly check in. Location is excellent for walking around and exploring. Seems to cater to a pensioner tour group crowd. Easy parking garage across the street for 8 euro/day validated. Room and bed were huge by European standards. Mostly quiet, we heard some schoolkids passing through alley under our window. We didn't use fitness center, but it would be nice if we had more time. Enjoyed our stay!

Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Übernachtung fand in dem Hotel eine Hochzeit statt. Und natürlich hat die Gesellschaft auch ordentlich gefeiert. Ich gönne auch jedem seine Feier zur Hochzeit. Für uns natürlich eher suboptimal, da die Musik klar und laut bis morgens um 2 Uhr in unserem Zimmer zu hören war. Die Frage nach der Zufriedenheit mit unserem Aufenthalt wurde beim auschecken daher wahrscheinlich nicht gestellt. Vom baulichen Zustand des Zimmers waren wir entsetzt. Es war sauber, aber seit Jahren nicht renoviert. Überall Flecken an der Wand. In knapp anderthalb Wochen Urlaub tatsächlich in der Hinsicht das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise.

Very clean, plenty of parking

Absolutely love this property. Easy parking across the street, walk to most of the attractions in Kilkenny. My one complaint however, during our stay, my son and his wife realized in the middle of the night that their mattress was upside down. A small thing, but at 0200 it was a pretty big inconvenience. Fortunately, they slept in the twin bed that was in their room. Went addressed with the staff at the front desk. Their comments were simply oh how terrible.

Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff in the lobby and front desk were very helpful.

The hot servings for breakfast could have been warmer.
