Nice stay went to go book a second night but told me we couldn’t but could book it online no problem. But only after we got told no available rooms had made our mind up we choose not to book online and left. They lost out as it was a family stay.

Hotel room was spacious and very clean. The Leisure centre was really lovely, lovely pool. Sauna and steam room.

Parking across the street was 8 Euros with the voucher. Hotels is within a short walking distance to the main sights. Ground floor was a lot fancier than the floor with our room.

Awesome stay

The stay was okay but my wife and I were sensing a culture of being money driven than customer comfort and well-being driven. The location was very good for tourists.

Rooms are clean. Easy walking distance to most sites. We have stayed here twice in the past ten years. You pay 8euro per night for parking lot across the street. Buffet breakfast in am is good $16 euro per person.

Kilkenny was probably our favorite stop in Ireland. This hotel was centrally located and definitely within walking distance of much we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable.

No air conditioning

I have stayed here in the past and found it to be a warm and welcoming hotel and great for the city centre and nice to have a cut price parking deal with the multistorey over the road. The room was comfy and wifi decent. Bar food was good albeit a little pricey compared to less tourist cities. But you're spoilt for choice for food.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to many restaurants and sights we were interested in visiting. We did not dine at the restaurant so we are unsure of the food and beverage quality.
