The light in the bathroom was out and the floor was dirty

Clean rooms with older amenities but cheap enough.

Peaceful and very relaxing!

The owner refused me service because she continued to confuse me with another guest who didn't treat the room well. And then she gave me a damaged room and told me to pay a very high deposit so that should I leave the room I would have to pay for the damages other guests caused. So smartly, before I fully entered the hotel room I took pictures and show them to the hotel manager ahead of time before she could charge me and take my deposit. She clearly seemed embarrassed that the gig was up and she was forced to give my complete deposit back. Now upon returning to this same hotel, I paid for a reservation after realizing there were four rooms available; however, after paying for the full reservation she refused me service and took the money and refused to return it in a refund. So therefore I lost an entire room stay and my money after booking it through hotels.com. I requested a complete refund and wanted to book a different hotel with better customer service. However since she did not release the funds back to hotels.com, hotels.com only gave me some mythical virtual points which I could not use for an alternate hotel after trying 20 times!!! Now I'm asking for a complete refund for it to go back into my bank account because the whole ordeal has turned into one big scam and it's giving hotel.com a very bad name. I would recommend that this hotel be taken off any consideration for any virtual bookings due to the vindictive and wicked customer service from management.

The HVAC system was duct taped together and very loud at times

Upon trying to check in, I found both doors to the office locked. Turns out you have to pick up the red phone on the wall in order to get ahold of someone. Hotel was literally empty. I was the only one there. My room looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 70’s, and the Heater/A/C unit made a rattling noise and omitted a smoky smell when left in “heat” mode. I left early. Damn the money.

Cleanliness = okay

We got bad smell when we turned on the heater. Door lock doesn’t work properly. Disappointed.

We had a dirty room that seemed to be neglected. There was a little mold on the shower curtain because there was no plastic liner. The microwave and refrigerator were inside the bathroom. The furniture was stuffed into the room making the space feel crowded. And our mattress felt very cheap it felt similar to a pull put mattress.

I stayed here a few times and was accommodated excellently every stay. I would recommend to anyone who travels to that area.

Extremely hard to find. No good signage and hotel renamed. I would skip this one. Egg grate mattress?

The door only worked one way for the handle!! The smell of deodorizer was extremely strong we had to open all the windows!! The bathroom was old. The toilet was low and bolts were missing!! Tub was dirty and no drain cover and no little essential bath items! Bathroom door would not shut at all and was damaged! Packing tape on mattress covers caused noise when you moved! Didn’t know you had to go up steps to get into your room, not handicapped accessible at all from steps to bathroom!! If there was a different hotel available we would have left but everything was booked because of a local race. We are still smelling that deodorizer on our clothes and pillows we brought with us!!

Budget Motel. Fine for 1 night. Clean bed & bath.

Not good. I do not recommend this place. It was dirty, smelled musty, there was mold in the bathroom.

Just after a clean place to sleep while working out of town. No frills but clean and not in a bad neighborhood.

It was difficult to locate the Inn at first due to close proximity of turning off from highway from Gps or hidden view from wooded trees. It was nice and quiet place though.

The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. I would return again

Easy access to highways, food and shopping. The building my room was needs attention. Door/door jambs need beefing up for security. Room had items from previous guests in it. Remote control filthy.
