Nice place to stay in sydney, near to the public tranportation, beautiful victoria park, broadway shopping mall, and university of Sydney (usyd), all rooms are warm and clean, I will stay here once I back to sydney again.

We reserved for 10 days and found this place makes us feel like home. The room is in great conditions and have loaded of equipment similarly to houses which is really better than a hotel. The location is perfect for us. It is quieted and take around 7-10 min walk to Train station. You can also walk to city but it may takes a while as hotel is not close to CBD. Staff is not too bad and they were willing to help when we need. Only problem we found is cleanliness. Second night we found housekeeper did not make our bed. They just used the blanket to cover everything that is ragged underneath it. They even did not change the cover! One day I talked to a housekeeper and she accepted if something looks okay she did not do the cleaning! Overall, perfect room facilities, quieted location and really comfy to stay. If improved cleanliness this hotel is far more better than other hotels.

It's nice apartment hotel. I'll stay again in here when i'm visit my son who study in Sydney

The Front Officer very helpfully. Close to Refend Station just 8 minutes walk, close to Turkey Kebab Halal Shop (Yummy, cheap and big portion) and mini market. Quiet and comfortable. Our family knew about Australian daily life because Adina Chippandale near local housing area. That's important for us to know about local culture. Our room has washing machine, drier, and complete kitchen tools. Great to stay here. Will be back if We go to Sydney again. Thanks Adina Chippandale.
