Staff very nice and hotel near city center.

Booked a superior double, as needed walk in shower. Shower overflowed. Toilet constantly ran water until you pressed it so many times to stop it running and if I’m Able I will attach photos of the room decor. Which I do not think is superior, by any stretch of the imagination. Location is ideal For looking around San Sebastián and breakfast was good.

No había aire acondicionado funcional, y la repuesta fue abran la puerta y la ventana que ya en esta época ya debe hacer frío. El ruido afuera por abrir la ventana no deja dormir. Pedimos agua pues gastamos las dos de la nevera y que hasta el otro día no había posibilidad Perversa experiencia

Un hotel excelente, muy céntrico, cómodo, limpio, el desayuno exquisito. Muy cerca de la playa la concha caminando a 3 minutos. Excelente hubicación y el precio excelente. lo recomiendo 100% si vuelvo otra vez selecciono el mismo hotel. Todo bien solo la regadera muy incómoda no hay espacio, deberían sacar la tina, se vuelve peligrosa y resbaladiza, encima para entrar y salir hay un cristal q te obliga a moverte con peligro de resbalar
