Hotel is in a great position to explore San Sebastián both for La Concha beach and old town, the hotel is ok without being spectacular- fine for a 2 night stay - we didn’t eat or drink in hotel

Staff was helpful and courteous. Accommodations were comfortable. Breakfast was convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and events

Excellent all around

Excellent location! The location is excellent! We coild see La Concha bay from our balcony. Our room was small but very clean. The staff are very nice. We would stay here again.

海辺まで徒歩ですぐの立地ですが、繁華街からは少し離れていて静かです。 朝食のバイキングはメニューが豊富で美味しかったです。最終日は出発が早く、朝食を食べる時間がありませんでしたが、ご厚意でコーヒーを出していただけてありがたかったです。 部屋のドライヤーが壊れていたのと、洗面所の扉の建て付けが悪くきちんと閉まらない所だけ、残念でした。

Llegamos y Jairo, el joven del mostrador por poco ni habla. El cuarto asignado era fatal. Además de muy pequeño, está desnivelado. Muy incómodo. Cuando bajamos a recepción, Jairo ya había terminado su turno y nos atendió Helena. Nos ganamos la lotería. Chica súper simpática y empática con nuestro reclamo. Nos prometió cambiar de habitación y la que nos dieron estaba fantástica. Helena sabe lo que quiere decir servicio al cliente y siempre nos brindó apoyo. Nos despedimos de ella dejándole saber lo agradecido que estábamos con ella y los otros compañeros que amablemente nos atendieron.

Séjour agréable, petit déjeuner complet, chambre pas assez isolée.

The hotel has a nice clean entrance/lobby. Breakfast was lovely. However room had a damp smell and was very small and the bedsheets while probably were'nt damp, because the whole room smelt damp it felt as if they were

Creo que falta una ducha en lugar de una bañera .. falta actualizar el baño .. todo lo demás correcto

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The area is near the beach, and pretty quiet. The hotel was clean, centre area is a 10 minutes walk.

On arrival a very warm welcome from Daniel on reception. Water and sweets on arrival which was nice. Our room looked lovely on arrival, with a little juliette balcony onto the road. The bed, for some reason, was on wheels which meant as soon as you moved on the bed the bed moved! We resolved this by putting the hand towels underneath the wheels to stop them moving. Unfortunately at night there was a lot of noise which kept us awake. We could hear conversatiins of the couple above us until at least 3.30 AM! the furniture was bei g moved around which we heard all the time. At 5 am both mornings we were woken by two men walking down the road shouting very loudly in what seemed an effort to wake as many people up as possible. All in all a lovely hotel in appearance but we had very little sleep.
