Oikein ystävällinen ja huomaavainen henkilökunta kaiken kaikkiaan. Puhtaustaso erinomainen. Aamupalalla palvelu toimi nopeasti, hyvät annokset. Huoneiden varustelutaso oikein hyvä. Oikein mistään ei voi valittaa, hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen.

It's a beautiful hotel and the staff couldn't have done more to go out of the way (unsolicited) to make us feel important.

Poor service; unresponsive staff. There is a big discrepancy in quality and service between US Marriott hotels versus European Marriott… European hotels are just not “Mariott”…

Wonderful stay! First class service and first class experience from start to finish the hotel went above and beyond to keep us smiling. The staff was top notch friendly, and professional. The location was superb and the pool was divine. We will be back again the next time we are in London.

Nice facility centrally located to all parts of London. Bathroom is excellent with good linens, a Japanese style toilet, and quality soaps. Staff is courteous and exceedingly helpful.
