Bought breakfast package but they told me that they did not see it. After I gave them my confirmation number, they said I was able to have my breakfast without any apology. Rude attitude! Be professional!

Parking was easy! Staff was nice! I just wish there was food available for those who sleep in! Be aware, the restaurant closes early!

The room, facilities and service was great. However some nearby rooms had partying going half the night.

Currently under construction. Room was clean and spacious and having a balcony was a plus. The shower faucet fell off when I tried to use it luckily it was an easy fix.

Great hotel. Staff in the restaurant/coffee area were great and take very good care of their customers.

Room is clean and warm. However, no one was at the front desk when we arrived, we couldn’t find a bell to make a ring call. We waited for over 2 minutes until a lady showed up
