Located on a chic shopping street (above Gucci), this hotel is within easy walking distance of Florence’s major sights and the train station. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and the complimentary still and sparkling water is a thoughtful perk. Just be aware: top-floor rooms can get stuffy in summer, as the A/C struggles with the heat. Also, the hotel elevator starts on the first floor above ground, so people who have difficulty walking up stairs need to be aware.

飯店位置非常好,我們住了四晚,非常開心,尤其check out當天剛好是我的生日,早餐吃完以後他們驚喜的送上蛋糕給我,讓我感到很貼心,是個很用心的飯店,下次一定會在選擇這間飯店, 若要說改善的地方,可能是光線有點不足,晚上的時候感覺不夠亮,其餘都非常的好!

Nice location but is a little bit far away from rail station, and not convenience for consumers with big luggage. the room is so nice and comfortable.

方便遊覽FLORENCE

可能是佛罗伦萨真的很小吧，从火车站走路10分钟左右就能到酒店，从酒店出发5分钟能到百花大教堂，酒店门口一条街全是奢侈品店，地理位置绝佳。酒店的房间很漂亮，也不算小。只是就算搭电梯也要先爬一层楼，对于拖着很多行李的人来说是个大挑战，不过好在酒店服务生会主动来帮忙。酒店提供早餐，选择不少，但也只能说能吃饱。

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good and convenience to all the tourist points. One thing I don't like is the toilet's door is just face to the bed.

Prefect locations... Nice clean n tidy.. Helpful n friendly front desk!

住宿了四天，每天也有供應早餐，時間至到中午十二點，不會因睡晚了而不能進餐，而且款式算多，服務很友善；酒店職員建議的餐廳也很棒，整體而言，十分滿意今次的住宿！強烈推介！

The air conditioning was set with a lower limit, but they easily modified it on their computer upon our request. They breakfast is totally worth the additional expense!!!

Starting with the positives: The location was really good. The people were very kind and helpful with suggestions. The room size was decent. The morning breakfast was good as well. Now the not-so-positives: There is no elevator access for the ground floor. So, at the end of a long day when you’ve logged in 20k steps already, climbing a couple dozen more steps hurts more than it would otherwise. Also, we were there in the middle of the heat wave so even though they had AC in the rooms, they controlled the temperature and the fan speed of the AC. On request, the reduced the temp a bit for our room (but the fan speed was still at 1). That was definitely not enough. So, every night we were there, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. If you are not visiting during the hot months (we were there last week of May), lack of powerful AC will be a non issue.
