Very pleasant stay experience

Friendly, helpful front desk folks. Great breakfast. Nice room EXCEPT the only charging outlet in the whole room was on the other side of the room from the bed so I could not charge my phone while I slept. And wifi reception was horrible.

Check in was outstanding. The lady who helped me was courteous and helpful. The girl who checked me out was a different matter--she said she was unable to print me a paper receipt because I had paid through a third party (expedia); however, I booked through the same service at Point Pelee and they were able to print me a receipt?!?! Breakfast was the same bland offering--scrambled eggs from a prep mixture and sausage that was equally as unappealing. My room was excellent--very clean with first rate facilities. Very pleased.

Clean and quite hotel, beautiful pool with neat hot tub

The breakfast was a big disappointment . The moment working, there was not friendly . The hotel room itself had a very bad odor The alarm clock was flashing upon check-in, which they could not fix The elevator was very loud and bumpy The faucet in my room was leaking The fridge in the room did not get cold Two cars got broken into I tried to change my reservation. They wanted to charge me and were unable to help me out at all !
