This hotel is not in the safest part of Memphis, I found out. The hotel grounds is surrounded by an iron fence. The gate has been removed. The building's exterior is dilapidated. Guys in the parking lot fixing cars. The staff person did not greet me, only said, "ID please." He never made eye contact or talked. Mold was on the ceilinig in the bathroom.

Everything was as advertised, except we had the pleasure of ants... multiple ants throughout the room. Besides that, great and good breakfast.

Room carpet was soiled and bugs in the bathroom. Pillows and sheets were not clean

The staff was great, especially the front desk and breakfast staff. I didn't understand why the pool was padlocked at 7:30 in the evening. I was somewhat concerned about the area around the motel. It was kinda concerning for a grandma with young children.

Picture online were decieving and not as nice.Bed were very hard and not comfortable and actually the foot of the mattress was higher than the head of the mattress similar to a "U shape". ice machine on second floor did not work and no ice on first floor machine. no laundry facilities. air condition never changed temperature even though I tried. Out side of property not very clean and it looks as it were to be gated with fence around the whole property but nothing to close at night to make more secure. Cart was broken around the edges.

Breakfast is from 6am-9am my Kids Lo es the breakfast. The lady kept everything stocked well and clean! So many options to choose from I everything is old but it was good enough for us to sleep beds are kinda hard. We had dirty pillow covers. Restroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and even though I noted how many of us will be there we didn’t have enough towels but we just asked for some more. The Location wasn’t bad at all and didn’t feel unsafe.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude , didn’t even care to help the problem. WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

Nice hotel

Easy check in, industrial area, not bad. I felt safe but was cautious when going out

The first room we were given smelled like smoke and the toilet wouldn't flush, so I asked for another room. The second room had a better smell, but again the toilet didn't work properly, and the bathroom door was broken. Some pros: The bedding was clean, and the breakfast was great. But overall I felt grossed out being in this hotel!

Trisha was the best thing about this hotel. The facility is beyond dated and needs remodeling because there is mold in all the corners. Everything felt wet and old. Beds and sheets were clean but they were wet. I only stayed the night because i was exhausted and could not drive on and the clerk Trisha really tried to help us.

Stay was fine for a night but wouldn’t recommend for much longer. Mold on lamp and room felt damp. Also charged a $100 security deposit which I don’t believe was listed on the Expedia booking.

Its good but the smell of smoke is too strong

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Pictures are not accurate. The only reason I stay is because it was 1215am and I was exhausted. I will upload photos.

The staff is very friendly and most understanding. My favorite place to stay when in Memphis.

Great location and friendly stuff

Very surprised when showed up, the area that the hotel is in, is not good. Hotel is inside gates. Very aged hotel, they have tried to paint to make it look good, but paint cant cover everything up
