The room was surprisingly updated and very clean.

I came in late. It was a smooth process. It’s not fancy but if you’re just looking for a clean, quiet overnight I would recommend it.

No rooms with king beds on ground floor!

Mold noted in room. A/C out for a day. Will not book future stay

Staff very nice

Overall good. Restaurant was closed and we banked on it for after the park so that was unfortunate. Cost more for delivery and kid was loosing it. Cool to have the 2 rooms though

It was clean, didn’t have any issues.

Too close to I-10 , so noisy all night. Facilities need upgrading. Staff very friendly and helpful though.

It's in a perfect spot for me

The hotel room was a lot cleaner than the other hotel rooms I have stayed at. The only thing I didn't like was not having a pool to swim in, when clearly on your website under description and details of the hotel said that there was a pool and it was outside of the hotel. Even in the pictures it showed a pool at the same hotel that we stayed at. I advise the hotel manager and them to update their pictures so that they don't have any more confusion on if there's a pool or not. Other than that the breakfast was decent, the cereal taste like it was out of date and the muffins didn't taste too well either. Other than that I have nothing else to say about the hotel except for that we enjoyed our stayed and that's it.

The fire alarm went off 3 times during the night. No fire...somebody pulled it! We got very little sleep. The manager was supposed to contact us but has not done so yet. We will have to contact them.

Great place to stay friendly management

Drove over an hour because of hurricane Beryl. Needed a place to stay and booked online. But arrived only to be told some rooms has light but no A/C. This was the main reason I left my city and it was a waste. Clerk agreed to cancel but this should’ve never happened. They shouldn’t have been showing available rooms online or should’ve called to advise. Just a bad experience at the most inconvenient time. Lesson learned, always call hotel prior to booking.

Great customer service

The attendant was very polite when I came in the door. The room was clean and smelt good. It’s a nice quiet place to stay.

Please exterminate for bugs.
