Great 5-star hotel. Only there is no USB outlet for charging my mobile in the room. Very surprised as it is a MUST nowadays! Also, it would be nice if there is salad at the breakfast buffet. All others are very good.

I spent more than $500 per night. The overall quality and service does not match the amount. Perhaps, is it something to do inflation in Brazil? Doorman did not bother taking my bag. Lots of mosquitoes when having breakfast. I hope they control mosquitoes, there. Staffs are at the front desk are slow. They gave me an upgrade, though. I like that. Property condition is so so, not matching the price per night. There are lots of Americans but they are noisy. The taste of orange juice is very weird. Coffee is bad. Perhaps, I expected too much Brazilian coffee.

With $560, I would expect better condition. There are lots of Americans in the hotel, but they are noisy. At breakfast, orange juice tastes weird and coffee does not taste good. I got mosquitto bites multiple times. They do not do good control on that.
