The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !

Very impressed with my stay at Chalet Du Bois, the rooms were spotless and the cleaners were on point each day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location is perfect 4 minute walk from bus stop. Would 100% stay again !!!!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing.

We were staying at the hotel over New Year’s Eve in several rooms with couples of friends All was ok overall but it is true that it is rather a mediocre rating overall due to the following reasons: - cold water at

The room was spotless, the staff friendly and very professional. Very good restaurant and good breakfast with fresh orange juice.

Room was lovely with spacious bed and modern, clean bathroom. However, the staff and service was disappointing for a hotel of this price. Staff were rude and seemed like they were trying to avoid our concerns or get rid of us. Especially bad in the restaurant where staff were very rude and service was bad. Food was sub par for the price. Sauna is nice however pool is uncomfortably cold. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to our stay following walking and camping the TMB.

Quite simple room, could add 1 or 2 chairs and lights in the room, no tissue/napkin in the room. Even the swimming pool feels dark. The cuisine of the restaurant was great, very delicious. Good location.

Exceptional caring staff, free ski bus fantastic. Breakfast good

A lovely base for our stay. The view from the room was incredible. Staff lovely and friendly. Pool and sauna was a lovely addition. I did expect a kettle in the room so was a little disappointed to not have one . In my opinion the bar also lacked atmosphere. I would stay again.

Péssima experiência neste local. Pessoas mal educadas, rudes no tratamento, péssimo local para quem vai esquiar ski pois possuem inúmeras restrições aos equipamentos, negaram um copo no restaurante para levar ao quarto, chuveiro não esquentava, nem o heating. Parece que te fazem um favor ao te receber.
