The hotel put the towels on the toilet and took no further action until I asked them give me two new towels.

Perfect hotel location if you don’t want to be too close to the crowds. Great bar area and the breakfast was better than I was expecting for a continental so much choice hot and cold food.

I chose this because I didnt want to be in the crowded centre. Everything is accessible and the hotel was quiet for a good night sleep. I had a small single room, perfect for me. The shops are all around piazza poppolo which is close. Dont know about pets, I don't have any.

Staff were wonderful, hotel was superclean. Great location. Delicious breakfast, definitely a great choice. Really enjoyed it.

The room was spotless, the staff super helpful and always courteous. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in a long time. Bed comfortable and location superb.

Vi fick först ett ”minimalt” rum som inte var ok, men fick direkt byta till ett annat som var utmärkt och mer liknade det vi bokat och betalat för. Förutom det var personal, rum, frukost och engagemang utmärkta!! Mycket bra läge!! Vi är väldigt nöjda efter rumsnumret.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, der Ausblick auf eine Terrasse mit Vogelkot. Wenn man davon absieht war es sauber und intakt.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff and hotel was very clean everywhere. Room compact but spotless. Nice breakfast choic. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel elegante e in posizione strategica. L'eccellenza e' data dalla cortesia e preparazione del personale dell'hotel, alla reception, al bar, al ristorante e nelle altre funzioni. Consigliatissimo

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Bar. Das Personal war gelangweilt und etwas unaufmerksam. In der Vergangenheit, mit Happy Hour und Buffet, war die Bar immer voll. Leider nun nicht mehr. Schade um die schöne Bar. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption grüßten nur sehr spärlich und waren sehr reserviert.

Great value for money

Rooms are not soundproofed as advertised, no tea/coffee making facilities had to ask, very limited storage. Triple room bed is just a chaise lounge n very uncomfortable to sleep on. Air con not easy to use. Lighting as in most hotels useless. Plug sockets were a mixture and not many of them. Staff OK but they tend to Italians first. Overall though really good location, facilities around the area brilliant
