I arrived via the central station and walked approx 25 mins to get here. It’s located in a nice and quiet area. Room was spacious (30sqm) and clean. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. Improvements for the hotel: - Provide the cleaning staff with a tablet giving them a life feed of which rooms have checked out. Then they don’t have to knock on the door at 8:15am in the morning! - Shampoo and other gels in the bath should be one-time bottles. Refilling big bottles - although it might be more eco friendly and cheaper - comes with a risk for the guests.

Banyolar yetersiz. Havlular sayıca yetersiz eski ve çok yıpranmıştı. Odalarda terlik yoktu. Internet zayıftı, TV sistemi çalıştırması zor ve kanallar yetersizdi

Morgen virkelig dejlig. God beliggenhed Dejlige værelser.

Schön gelegenes Hotel in Hamburg. Schöne Parkgarage mit fairen Parkgebühren. Das hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer leicht abgewohnt aber ok. Frühstück gut aber nicht sensationell. Bar gut. Fitneß sehr klein aber modern ausgestattet. Eher gutes 4 Sterne Niveau als 5 Sterne.

Otroligt bra hotell trots sin storlek. Fantastisk personal!

Very nice hotel with all the necessary for a fantastic family hollydays

Fremragende Hotel. Meget behjælpelige personale, super mad på restaurant Piazza Romana og til morgenmads buffet samt drinks på Top Seven Roof Bar. Kan hjertelig anbefales. On site parkering og går afstand fra Dammtor banegård.

Very clean, helpful staff, very central if you done have a car, breakfast could use some more options thats are vegetarian, extra provided for kid which ist great. Pool time for kids very limited.
