We had wonderful experiences at this hotel. The deep impression about their service and breakfast . All Staffs especially the receptionists very kind, patient , professional and helpful. The location is convenient for visiting everyplace in downtown.

This hotel's staff are seriously good! Not only are they excellent in day to day things that arise - booking taxis, recommending places to go they excel when there is a huge problem. Firstly KLM lost my baggage - these guys continuously checked with the help desk and always had an update for me. My mum who is 82 was arriving later than me they even sent me a whats app to tell me she had arrived safe and sound. The rooms are lovely but, located on a main road (where isn't in Florence) is there is a little noise. The beds comfy and the breakfast - my mum said was the best hotel breakfast she had ever had!! Without doubt would recommend this hotel.

我們住雙人房，6晚，房間大小剛好。早餐非常可口，咖啡香醇，超好喝！地點非常好，走路10~15分鐘可到車站，15~20分鐘到百花大教堂（佛羅倫斯不大，非常適合散步欣賞）。櫃檯人員非常親切，針對我們想嘗試、想玩的提供建議，可在櫃檯訂烹飪課、小旅團，並不會惡意提高價位，但需先付部分課程費，我們是參加烹飪課。總務清潔人員非常勤快親切，主動處理浴室排水孔的氣味。缺點，浴室風扇出問題，導致房間會有些浴室排水孔散發的悶臭味，所以回飯店要先開窗。櫃檯說是中央系統的問題，已經在處理，但需要一些時間。我們退房時仍還沒好。交誼廳很大、很有設計感。免費WiFi很穩。 我們在佛羅倫斯玩的很開心！有一部分是這家Luca飯店的關係～ （不過城市稅很貴QQ...一晚4€/人) We have stayed in Luca for 6 nights. Double room. The room size was okay for 2 prople. Breakfast was tasty and with good coffee. The location of this hotel is good. 10~15 min. walk from station. 15~20 min. walk from Luca to Duomo. Also, there is a bus stop infront of the hotel.(I think Florence is a city good to enjoy by walking.) Staffs was very friendly and ready to help. They gave us useful advices and helped us book a cooking class in reasonable price. However, the fan on the bathroom celling didn't work. Some bad scent would accumulate. When everytime we went back to the hotel, we had to open the window first. They said it was central control problem and needed time to fix it. Until we left, the fan had not been repaired. The lobby was well designd and large.Free WiFi is stable. We enjoyed the time in Florence and Luca！

櫃檯服務態度普通 並沒有任何服務可言 一開始給的房間是空調壞掉 及 房鎖有問題 但是她們只願給我換 更低價位的房型 經過溝通才能換到同樣房型 不過興致已受影響 畢竟 空調壞掉 跟門鎖壞掉 應該是飯店要處理的事情 早餐很普通 除了 櫃檯有人之外 此飯店並無 保全或是行李運送服務 也沒有morning call

Very friendly staff that was attentive to all my needs and preferences, and made sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I will gladly stay here again on my next visit. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and very true to how it was advertised on the site. The location is great and perfectly tucked away from the busy scene of the historic center, but also in walking distance to all the attractions. Highly recommend!
