Poor customer care

Late check-in ..staff is ok

One of the staff at the restaurant was rude when asked about the menu. She suggested that we go get food at 7eleven

For how much I paid the rooms could’ve been more updated I had to ask the clean up lady’s to change my sheets because they were dirty. The beds are very old .

Beds were small and not comfortable. Blanket was not clean.

Hotel was decent, aesteircly

Very clean and friendly hotel. Our room was updated but not the carpet. It was worn in various areas. We had the view of NYC which was spectular.

Every member of the hotel where real attentive; everything clean, I real enjoy my stay in that property

Shower didn’t work, loud party thumping music across the hall mirror light didn’t work in bathroom

Stay here every time we have a event up that way
