Staff hotel are good and helpful, there 's a shuttle bus from/to Macau Ferry Harbor.

One of the best family-friendly hotels that we've ever been to. The hotel itself is great, easy, and speedy check-in. Clean and spacious (for Macau standard). The best part is the hotel is at the heart of Macau, all within walking distance to the best sites in Macau.
