Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was great.

The room was large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The staff was helpful. We did buy breakfast, but that was lacking where they could not keep up with the amount of guests and keeping food out at the buffet. We had to wait quite a while for any hot food for breakfast.

Preferred to have an iron in the room but the staff were super friendly concerning the laundry room. Friendly and kind staff. Property was lovely.

Everything was great in the room, but pool wasn't functioning and gym could use more weights, and machines.

Facile da raggiungere e vicino all'autostrada, uscita Bologna S.Lazzaro, struttura pulita. Peccato la non disponibilità della piscina e area relax. Colazione a buffet, con molti prodotti.

Rymligt rum, skön säng, välstädat, Vänlig, hjälpsam personal som talar engelska. Hyfsat god frukost. Fast brödet var inte dagsfärskt en lördagmorgon. Inga vidare kommunikationer in till Bologna: Glesa bussturer, inga alls på söndagar.

Verassend goed hotel +- 15 minuten buiten Bologna. Ontbijt erg prijzig en onnodig met een winkelcentrum naast de deur. Parkeren lijkt betaald in de garage te zijn, maar kan ook gewoon in de vakken geparkeerd worden. Wat gedateerde maar prima kamer met voldoende voorzieningen. Airco voor Italiaanse begrippen oke, had met 32 graden buiten "iets" kouder gemogen. Erg goed Italiaans bier/fastfood restaurant op 7 minuten lopen van het hotel.

All was great

Property did not have air conditioning, it was hot, had to open windows to sleep. There were guests sitting outside in front of the lobby talking very loud until early morning hours. Some strange pheasant birds kept us awake most nights, it was hard to sleep with all the noises. Parking could be better, not enough spaces.

Despite displaying a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, staff still entered my room not once, but twice. I returned to find the room disturbed — the bed had been moved, bedding partially on the floor, and pillows placed on furniture in contact with my suitcase. This was a clear breach of privacy and very unsettling. The immediate handling of the situation was poor: no management was available, no housekeeping on thr weekends, and they sent a maintenance man to replace the bedding, who was completely out his depths as he advised me "this isn't his job". Service overall was inconsistent and often lacking in basic hospitality. Some front desk staff were not forthcoming with important information — for example, I was not told the on-site restaurant closes on weekends. I also felt I had to pry for simple guidance, such as directions to a nearby supermarket. That said, two female staff members were noticeably helpful and friendly, which I appreciated. The room itself was also below standard (stained carpet, leaking bathroom, broken toilet seat, visible dust and cobwebs). Their initial compensation of a free breakfast (offered only when I was checking out) and 20% disc on future stay did not reflect the seriousness of the issue. After escalating via email, management responded and provided a 25% refund, which I appreciate. Overall, this experience highlights serious gaps in privacy protocols, communication, and service standards. I don't recommend this property.

Parking gratuit piscine calme

Buen hotel, se siente que cambió de marca recientemente. Personal atento dentro de lo normal. La habitación es demasiado pequeña, resulta incómoda. El sillón estorba en todo momento, pero no hay a donde moverlo. La ubicación es excelente.
