Very nice property overall

Room was clean. The bed was comphy. I had to chill my drink in the ice bucket. Refrigerator didn't work.

Moved us to another room bcuz of ants, termires but next room had even more. Need to spray for bugs, border coming down off wall

The rooms were comfortable, our only issue with the rooms where the bathrooms were dirty and so were the pools. We found hair and just dirt marks in our bathroom as well as hair all by the pool.

The internet was very slow Breakfast was good

I have stayed at the hotel the same time in May for at least the last five years. This stay was troubling from the start. I waited at least 15 minutes after arriving to get our room key. Our room 217 was clean and well maintained, but was located adjacent to a group of air conditioning condensing units which was vibrating the bed all night. I was looking forward to a good night sleep after driving 17 hours from Florida. This was very disturbing. Breakfast was mediocre at best, not well managed and not hot. Overall this was the worse stay at this location in the last 5 years.

The hotels has been completely updated, the pictures don't show this on the internet.

The place was good overall

My only problem is on the mirror in our room,it says that they will clean room every other day. Came in on Friday, Saturday we asked for clean towels and Sunday the room should have been cleaned it was not touched.i am ok with the bed sheets not being changed, but the trash and dirty towels should have been taken care of. The pool we used on Saturday night and there was only like 5 or 6 towels there the dirty ones over flowing in the basket. Sunday night there was only 2 clean towels and the basket was still there with the dirty towels.

The room was clean and updated.

You could hear everything outside the room, the train, doors slamming, toilets flushing, people talking.

Had an amazing time. Staff was great and very polite.

We enjoyed our overnight stay and the free cookies!
