We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The place is quiet and conveniently located near many popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the area. The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating—she clearly explained all the details about the hotel and what to expect during our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a very relaxing experience. The only minor issue we encountered was during check-out: we were informed to leave the swipe key in a black box, but we couldn’t find where it was located. It would be helpful if the drop-off location was more clearly marked. Despite that small inconvenience, our overall experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Amazing hotel, room was fantastic. Almost everything is a walkable distance and driving isn’t too stressful either

It is in the heart of downtown Montreal. There are so many places to shop and dine; and there are shows like plays and other creative arts performances.

Convenient hotel with underground paid parking

The coffee in the room was awful And the pet fee is $60 an night!!

There were bed bugs in my room. My sheets were full of blood stains. The service was horrendous. Do not stay here .

All was great

Nice hotel , we stayed for a night . The rooms were large and had a cooking range and a big refrigerator etc , it would be ideal for a few days stay and do a bit of cooking in house if required, over all good . Very well located and walkable distance from down town area.

My stay was nice. The hotel is close by to the main attractions, and the staff are very helpful and friend.

The room was great! Location was perfect for walking to all of the sites we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and the hotel felt secure. The bedroom was small but the main room was super roomy. Kitchen had all things needed and the balcony was nice! My only complaint is I don’t believe the AC was running. We had to open windows to get some cool air flowing. We didn’t call down to the front desk about it, it didn’t feel too important. But overall, I would recommend.

Big rooms, convenient location

Room was clean and very spacious. Area is very walkable, and there are transportation nearby. Very convenient location. Different dining options not far away.

Close proximity to downtown and in walking distance to the SHUM Hospital. The only negative issue is related to taking a shower in the bath tub. Very slippery and could be dangerous in view of a lack of flat surface.

I was been told I need to pay $35 plus tax per day for parking on the day of my check in. Not sure why no mention about it before. Our room never had a cleaning through 3 days. But the location is perfect.
