The interior of the rooms needs to be renovated. Otherwise, the location and breakfast is fine.

飯店地點優異，不儘離地鐵，火車站超近，搭巴士，路面電車也有好幾線可選擇，到各景點都方便。而服務人員親切，房間乾淨，床睡起來舒適又有冷氣，更是大加分。最棒的是訂房所提供的早餐豐盛美味，讓每天出遊元氣滿滿！再訪維也納，會把飯店列為首選。

The location of the hotel is good as it is near to the train/subway station. It is three stops from city center. There are many food stores around and supermarkets in train station. The room is very small. We have three people staying in a 4-people room but it is still small. The room is on the third floor facing the street which is very noisy. We have to close all the windows and turn on the air conditioner but there were some noise from the air conditioner. Since we were very tired every night when we returned to the hotel so our sleep was not affected. We changed to a two persons room when my son left. This room is bigger and facing inner courtyard. It is still noisy in the daytime as we heard the people talking in the courtyard and it is quiet at night time. The breakfast is good with many choices of food.

這件位置就是很好，服務人員很友善。面對大馬路邊的房間很吵，窗戶隔音不好。房間一開門有怪味道，需要開窗流通。

Les chambres sont propres, le choix au petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, le personnel est aux petits soins et de très bons conseils sont donnés. A recommander.

Breakfast choices were reasonable. The staff were nice but the hinges on the cupboard had broken and we couldn’t closed the door and it was not fixed.

Small, somewhat clean room, good breakfast. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you, reception staff said room was only booked but not paid. Had to show them proof that all was paid. Stayed here a few years ago because staff were so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, This is no longer the case.

This hotel is fantastic, it is very elegant and clean, has a good history within the city, is located close to the hub for train, underground, tram and bus and also the park with the famou big wheel. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean at all times. Could not fault the hotel and would recommend to everyone
