Todo perfecto!!

The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub. We didn't add the breakfast until later, and it was a great choice! It was excellent! Everything exceeded our expectations!

My room wasn't effectively sound proofed. You can hear noise from the corridor, next door rooms, and crucially, road noise outside. Since the hotel is located next to several major roads it was never quiet.

Hay muy pocas plazas de aparcamiento, y si es la primera vez que vas tienes que aparcar en un centro comercial ahí cerca. Esto es complicado e incluso peligroso por el labirinto de carreteras que hay.

Too far outside the city, everything else was great

La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y hacía la estadía bastante relajante. El área de estacionamiento se veía segura y siempre había espacio disponible. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que está cerca del metro, lo que facilita el transporte. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. En general, una experiencia positiva y recomendable.

some of the staff was not helpful at all, we tried to call the hotel 9 times and no one answered. it was very noisy, you could hear when people in other rooms flushed the toilet or talked. fridge did not keep things cold, no microwave in room. no price of the items in refrigerator, so didn't know if were free or not. on a good side, within walking distance to a bus station and the mall.

Although we had to get a taxi to get to the train station, we enjoyed the shopping mall nearby. The bed was comfortable but the downside was the noise the next room is noticeable. We tried the breakfast and it was delicious I like the selection of cold meats but we missed the hot food only tried the sausages and chorizo which was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was a nice size for two and clean. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The location of the hotel however is very inconvenient and the only way to get to the hotel is by car.
