Super friendly staff at the front desk.

Convenient location for travellers. Room was clean, but bring bottled water if you’re sensitive to chlorine in tap water. The pool was small but good, the water slide was a hit.

Kids loved the pool and breakfast had enough items to feed the kids. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice room with good beds. There was a hair in the bathrub but looked otherwise clean. We used the pool as well. The pool was nice and clean.

We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We had booked 5 nights and we left after one.

T He room was OK. The hotel is quite tired...needs an upgrade. The breakfast was poor...the only good thing about it was the coffee.

The room could use the walls and baseboards cleaned but no different from other hotels stayed in. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Dirty everywhere. Dirty room, dirty pool, dirty halls. This place is very dated and smells of cat urin. The carpet in our room was bubbling and grimy. The “breakfast” was a selection of bread, hard stale waffles and hard boiled eggs plus a handful of yogurt. The coffee was empty and after 30 minutes we made ourself a pot cause no one else had. Additionally they have people sleeping on the couches in the lobby, not sure why but it was very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable for guests to use that space. Went to the pool, we understood it was busy but there was a huge group causing a ruckus and walking around with open liquor in the pool. The kids of that group were rushing ten at a time down the slide, so dirty, overcrowded, chaos. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were travelling and needed a place to sleep. Was just fine for this purpose.

Stay was ok, breakfast was a disappointment as waffles were served but no meat dish. Needed more staff to help with breakfast.

The staff were great. Room was clean. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Property is older and could use some updates, but for the price that’s to be expected. Only downside we found was breakfast was extremely basic without much option. But the overall stay was great for the family and we’d book there again.

The room was very clean, bed was made perfectly, and the gym was acceptable.

Did not get to the pool or use the laundry. Room was clean, great setup for pet friendly stay.

The walls in the bathroom had been repaired and painted over. Black hair was found in the bathroom and the bed. The room had a musty smell to it and the walls were not very sound proof.

The bed was so comfortable.
