The good: Clean rooms Friendly staff (especially evening) Quiet Could do better: Eerily dark corridors at night No irons and ironing boards in rooms Mediocre, and expensive, breakfast Credit card reader at kiosk refused to accept any of my Canadian cards - friendly staff was quick to help Very dodgy area - I would not walk around the area alone at night

Hotellet var under renovering

Das Personal war sehr zu vor kommend sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hingegen wird nicht wirklich gepflegt. Sehr viele Baustellen die Heizung in dem Zimmer war sehr laut und ohne Heizung war es zu kalt. Nachts nach 0:00 Uhr immer novh sehr laut auf den Fluren was man leider im Zimmer sehr gut hören kann.Die Stadt Kaarst erhebt pro Gast und Nacht 3,- Euro City Tax. Die man zu entrichten hat. Doch alleine der Vorplatz(Stadtparkplatz) des Hotel sieht nach einem Müllabladeplatz aus sehr sehr Schade. Weil das Personal des Hotels sehr herzlich ist uns sein bestes tut. Der Zimmerservice muss sich noch einspielen.

Very clean, staff very friendly, near the freeway. I would book again if i go back.

Buen lugar y las instalaciones excelentes! Súper cómodo. Únicamente fue costoso utilizar el servicio de lavandería.

The hotel is in Kaarst not in Dusseldorf.. in terms of transportation and access it is not suitable at All,...people who works there are so rude and unprofessional.. you can an hour waiting to be check in with negligence from their part . As well they gave us a small room with a huge toilet,for disabled people .. they regused to change .awful hotelcand not recommended at all .

Room was clean and comfortable. No complimentary water though, which is disappointing.

Tout était parfait

We hadden verzoek gedaan voor een babybedje voor onze zoon van 10 mnd. en gevraagd als het niet lukt met ons contact op te nemen. Bij aankomst op de hotelkamer stond er een extra bed voor een volwassene. Na 3 keer vragen bij de receptie en ruim 2 uur wachten bleek dat ze alleen nog een kapot babybedje hadden. Zeer slechte communicatie. Verder is het hotel ok. Prima ontbijt.

Clean nice

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer. Mit Sitzgelegenheit, Kaffeemaschine, Minibar ausgestattet. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Viele Parkplätze, leider nucht kostenfreie. Keine Möglichkeiten E-Fahrzeuge zu laden.

Would not recommend. The rooms and hotel service were extremely disappointing. Our room was full of insects, cockroaches, and bedbugs. We had booked a triple room, but when we informed the hotel manager about the issue, she was very unkind and unprofessional. She offered us another room that only had one queen bed and a sofa bed, which did not match our original booking. We therefore requested a refund, which the hotel refused. We checked out immediately. To our surprise, other guests had reported the same problems in their reviews. Never book a stay at the Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf!

Too pricey for offering. Business-like hotel at freeway exit, but no service, no warmth, all digital process gone too far, running toilet (not fixed day 2), ridiculous parking cost, fluctuating water temp that got scorching hot. Ugh.
