Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters. For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our room and give brief introduction about the hotels. The location is nice.

入住時，透明壓克力椅子上有前個房客黏的口香糖殘渣。第二個晚上遇到停水，隔天一早要淋浴時，打開水龍頭全是泥巴水，放了快一小時才變比較清澈。

La suite au 9ème étage magnifique, mention spécial pour le personnel vraiment de l’accueil à l’entretien des chambres, jusqu’au départ, tout le monde était parfait. Comme quoi des fois pas besoin d’aller dans un 5etoiles, quand un 4 étoile vous propose un meilleur service

Un quatre étoiles limite Palace. Chambres sur rue avec balcon un peu bruyantes.

Bel emplacement, l'accueil correct. Magnifique hall. Décoration de la chambre un peu vieillotte et moisissures sur les joints de carrelage de la salle de bain. Merci pour mon cocktail de jus de fruits offert mais pour le second un peu cher pour un sirop de grenadine à l’eau dans un verre de whisky 15€, ce n’étais pas ce que j’avais commandé… À apparemment, cette autre personne n’était pas qualifiée pour le job! Dommage que l’accès à la plage pour les clients soit payant.

I liked the bell boy who carried the luggages to/from the room. He gave excellent service. Staff at the reception was terrible. There is no valet parking. You have to park yourself at a public parking structure.
