Great hotel

Hôtel situé à 15 min de l'aéroport, dans un zone calme au bord d'un petit lac. Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le lac. Le paiement du parking se fait via une application mobile, assez contraignant. Pratique pour loger prés de l'aéroport. c'était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel et nous reviendrons surement.

It’s not a bad property, but it’s very rundown. The staff is great and do they beat they can. I will not go back.

The area is very convenient and accommodating for a family trip.

Great facility. Clean. Great staff. Nice sitting area and bar area on the main level by the lobby. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance. Ordered takeout which was delivered, and we enjoyed sitting in the main area of the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the room smelled like ‘wet carpet’ each time we left and came back in. Additionally the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. There was also a Gatorade cover under the bed for the duration of our 5 night stay The however breakfast was good.

As you enter the property there is fungus on the sofa, in the bedroom the carpet was filthy when you walk in the carpet my feet got black, surprised that I had to pay for parking, didn’t receive a package although Amazon said it was signed for

Ruth was an exceptional front desk agen that was able to assist me any time i needed it. Both Michael and Juan were helpful and accommodating at breakfast. On days where there were only pork meat options they went above and beyond to get turkey sausages for us. The general manager was understanding and resonable during an incident that occurred. Love the place.
