From the staff and the hotel location and the cleanliness of the property. I have been staying at the hotel 10 times and I'm happy to stay here.

Muy agusto la estancia, el exterior es ruidoso ya que es zona de bares. Le agregaría a la habitación espejo de cuerpo completo. Los recepcionistas muy amables y en especial los chicos del turno nocturno.

location, location, location. Hotel was centrally located clean and most importantly the ac worked properly fine, wifi had a strong signal always stayed connected.. room was clean and spacious definitely will be staying there again

The Eurostar hotel is in a great area of restaurant and close to the Reform Street. Room is clean great air conditioning. The saff is great.

The location was awesome! Very close to train stations, major streets, restaurants, and stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was noisy at night time, but that was because of the World Cup events and that’s something the hotel cannot control.

The rooms facing Calle Londres are extremely noisy. The constant noise from the bars and the loud music made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It was also quite inconvenient that the hotel does not provide a coffee kit in the room by default. Having to request one and wait for someone to bring it before being able to enjoy a cup of coffee—especially when you’re in a hurry—is frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and convenience of my stay.

Great location. Convenient to public transportation, restaurants, shopping. And very safe even until late hours.

AC worked like a charm this time, very satisfied. The only minor issue on Friday night was the noise from the bars, otherwise we will keep returning to EuroStars.
