Good for my business trip. No frills but comfortable.

They advertise free breakfast. Coffee and half frozen, miniature blue berry muffins were available. Oh yeah, also packets of instant oatmeal. I think continental breakfast would be a better term to have used. But even that is stretching it.

Let me start with the staff was wonderful. The location was great, close to restaurants and the highway. The hotel itself… not great. My room smelled like curry and the bathroom smelled like cat urine. When I was checking out there were several police officers removing someone from the premises. I don’t think I would stay here again.

The bed was AWFUL. Also the AC wasn’t very good, so sleeping at night was even worse.

Cleanliness needs to be worked on, my room smelt like as if someone has been living in there while walking my dogs i seen 1 if the side doors propped open with a stone which anyone can just walk in the hotel. To top it off my room was infested with roaches. We had to leave the Property and let the staff members know.

This hotel was AWFUL. I don’t know how it got an average rating of “good” on Travelocity. The whole hotel smells bad but our room smelled like actual piss and we actually had to open a window to be able to stand it in there. There were drunk guys fighting outside our window. The bedside lamp did not work at all so there was not enough light. The only reason we stayed was that it was midnight when we got in and we weren’t sure where else to go at that hour.

Our room was very clean and the kitchenette proved very convenient. We were able to cook and had a full-size refrigerator. A coffee machine was not available for our room; we were able to have pans (but no spatula) and dishes and plates. The morning breakfast options across from the main desk were extremely limited and only prepackaged. This hotel was very active all day and night with many live-in guests on varied schedules so it was not quiet. Our room was also above the laundry facilities and the rinse cycle of the washers would set our room rocking!

Parking was limited, loud people hanging around late in the nights and neighbors were loud.

If you need a quiet place to stay this will do just fine. Each room has a kitchenette with a full fridge and stove so you could make food if needed. Across the street from the mall so there are shopping and dining options. The included breakfast is just coffee and granola bars so don't expect a buffet breakfast.

Staff was nice but the property was a bit run down. Broken door handles and hinges.

The check in was good. Front desk people were nice. The room was simple, definitely could use an upgrade, and was not as clean as I'd hoped. The sheets were clean, the bed was ok. The floor was not cleaned, there was the butt of a joint on the floor next to the television. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The curtains had holes in them. Definitely not what we were expecting with such good reviews on here. Also one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the kitchenette but then they didn't have enough pots or pans! The cupboards were empty and wgen i asked the front desk they said they were all out. Overall not a good experience, definitely wouldn't stay again.

This was a place that I didn't feel safe at--one of the first guests I saw seemed like they were on drugs (clearly not the hotel's fault, but added to the sense of not being safe). The room was clean, which could be determined by the very strong scent of cleaning products, which was a little overwhelming. This was one of the first times I locked all the locks in my room. At 6 am, people were loud outside and in the halls--just seemed like things were done as inexpensively as possible (which I get). The bathroom had the rim of the tub coming off. I found it interesting that there were no dishes or cooking items in the room--you had to go to the front desk to get them. It says to me that there was likely an issue with the dishes staying stocked. I ended up leaving early.

They charged me twice for a room and didnt refund my money. Also they have roaches!
