Good location, and relaxing hotel. The breakfast was impressive.

Très bon emplacement, bel architecture, personnel d accueil au top. Ambiance zen, grande chambre bien équipée.

Rooms a bit dated and air conditioning didn’t work properly so was very warm and difficult to sleep. Gym is ok but could benefit from some exercise/yoga mats. Breakfast was very nice.

Espaço e silêncio

Edificio muy bonito en un antiguo convento, ubicacion sublime a 5'andando de la catedral. Hbitacion limpia, comoda y amplia, trato muy amable. Aparcamiento caro y un poco estrecho para coches grandes. 35 euros extra para animal de compañia es excesivo y lo unico negativo a reseñar.

Pristine hotel with a fantastic room.

Very nice hotel, good size bedrooms, clean, staff very helpful, bar service excellent, location can not be better, will come back for sure!!

En general todo excelente . La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer la ciudad caminando, el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones y el personal es muy correcto y agradable

Habitación con muebles muy viejos y en mal estado, deben cambiarlos. El frigorífico hacía mucho ruido

La atención del personal es excelente y la comida es muy completa en un lugar precioso

Regular hotel

The room was icecold, and the heater was not able to warm up the room. The meat in the restaurant was after several returns to the kitchen not eatable. The servants were very helpful.

Nice location, very dated hotel, but clean. Although parking is on premise, they can’t guarantee you get a spot. I was fortunate to get one of the last spots. It’s very tight space, even to get in to their garage. Had to turn in both side mirrors. It’s a”4 star hotel” but there is no one to help you with your suitcases, traveling with my mom so we had to make a couple of trips to the garage. They didn’t have a trolley when we got there or when we left. . Location is wonderful so if you are not driving and packing light it’s fine.
