Swimming pool and hot tub were under construction, they have not notified us about it, when we have arrived there, the staff (lady) said if you want you can cancel right away, not friendly, another issue happened when I asked another staff (man) what time is open the gym, he said 9am, I asked to somebody else (not staff), said 7am, I think the staff needs to improve client attention.

Breakfast saus

Internet was slow. Couldn’t connect iPad or phone to it. Room was clean, but needed to keep bathroom fan on in order for it to not have a foul smell.

Nice ladies working at the breakfast station, front reception male staff was busy on his cellphone. Overall, value for $$ - clean room, comfy beds.

Room was good and cleaned, terrible pillows, staff very friendly

Decent enough for the price. Pool was cold. Hot tub had unstable temperature controls. Room was okay. Had microwave and fridge which as a nice bonus. Tub bottom was so slippery, couldn't have a shower. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Egg, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, pastries.

A safe clean place to stay, nothing fancy. Room was comfortable and well maintained.

The room was very clean and well equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. I was traveling with dogs and the staff helpfully recommended a nearby dog park. Staff all provided excellent service.

Was nice

Wifi was very unstable and ended up with using own data. Was noisy (could hear phone conversations from other room and one of guest was banging their door for 5 minutes in the middle of night) and couldn’t sleep well…

Good all what I expected only thing be nice for rooms to upgrade to smart tv’s

Clean room. Staff excellent even though having to del with disrespectful team PARENTS one night. Kitchen and breakfast nice!

The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working. We were looking forward to using it. But the staff and the cleanliness was fantastic.
