Nice receptionists, better facility than expected

Todo muy bien. Solo tuvimos la mala suerte de tener huéspedes muy escandalosos arriba de nuestra habitación y se escucha todo, como corrían los niños, arrastraban sillas, jugaban y gritaban, etc hasta la madrugada. Tuvimos la habitación 107.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect during my visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was also fantastic—convenient and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay overall. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean place with great service in a great location. 😊

Lovely place in a less crowded, nicer part of PC. Loved our room and balcony which had a direct entrance to the pool

Room was clean, towels were very worn. no coffee in room. No ice in entire hotel. Room was cleaned every day, good service. Construction next door starting at 8am and all day.

Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant serves up an excellent breakfast. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area is relaxing, with lovely plants. I will certainly be back.

The room was very dated, but very clean. The bed was awful. The pool neded work as well. All of the staff was amazing.
