Wunderschöner Garten, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre toll gewesen. Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad wünschenswert. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel. Zimmerpreis angemessen.

Location straordinaria, proprio sul lago. Stanza con balcone vista lago impagabile. Servizio mediamente attento e cortese. Colazione migliorabile (soprattutto nel servizio). Ristorante dell’hotel eccellente ma poco pubblicizzato: ad esempio, dov’è il menu? Perché non metterlo in stanza?) Spa migliorabile (idromassaggio? Temperatura acqua?). Nel complesso, ottima esperienza.

Beautiful 5 star resort on Lake Maggiore. Beautiful views from both balconies. Outstanding staff and management. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend this resort.

Eigentlich alles gut. Mühsam, obwohl wir schon zum vierten Mal dort waren immer neu e-mail und Telefonnummer angeben zu müssen. Die versprochene Gratisflasche Wein von hotels.com als Goldmitglied haben wir schon zum zweiten Mal nicht bekommen. Sonst mögen wir den Charme dieses Hotels sehr und das Personal gbt sich grosse Mühe...

Abgenutzte Einrichtung im Zimmer. Safe aus dem vorletzten Jahrhundert - ohne Gebrauchsanweisung. Klimaanlage heizte ununterbrochen, keine Ahnung wie reglieren. In Douche floss das Wasser nicht ab. Schlechtestes WiFI ever, das wir erlebt haben. Aber positiv: Sehr gutes Frühstück, geniale Lage direkt am See, grosser parkähnlicher Garten und hervorragende Restaurants sind nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

We have stayed at this hotel 14 times over the past 30 years of visiting Lago Maggiore. It is old Italian design which I love , convient to great restaurants, has a beautiful outdoor garden on the lake with fabulous views & has a portion of the street cordoned off for walks along this beautiful lake. The staff has always been gracious & helpful. The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Finally they have adequate air conditioning in the rooms. I love this hôtel.

Ottima struttura molto ben collocata silenziosa e con un panorama indimenticabile. Consigliabili le camere e le suite vista lago , le camere laterali sono piccoline. Servizi comuni eccellenti. Comodo e ampio il parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte all’hotel. La qualità del ristorante interno non ci ha soddisfatti

Beautiful and elegant hotel. Room was great with a balcony and view of the lake. Friendly and attentive staff including arranging a taxi for our pickup at the Verbania train station. Direct access to the lake with plenty of space and seating to lounge outside. Great breakfast with a variety of selections. We also enjoyed our dinner there. 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area.
